Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Commerce
Joined Monster Labs (now Monster Labs Holdings) in 2011. In 2014, he launched SekaiLabo, a global sourcing service that enables outsourcing of app and system development to teams of talented engineers around the world, In 2014, he launched Sekai Lab as a wholly owned subsidiary and became COO and Representative Director. He also served as an executive officer at Monster Labs' headquarters, where he was involved in the company's management and was in charge of fundraising, sales and marketing, and business development for overseas M&A. He later became the COO of the Metaverse-related Monster Labs Group, which was established in 2005. After that, he launched and headed a Metaverse-related Monster Labs group company, and became independent. After becoming independent, he provided DX support for IT startups and listed companies, overseas expansion support, M&A and PMI support, etc. In 2023, he co-founded WellBear with Sakurai.

Played a key role in cross-border M&A projects across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. at Monstarlab Holdings. Relocated to the U.S. and gained product management experience at a start-up firm before returning back to Monstarlab Holdings in Japan. Managed M&A projects, created the group's mid-term business plan, and prepared for a successful IPO. Leveraging M&A and financial planning expertise, co-founded WellBear in 2023 to help execute successful cross-border M&A transactions.

Mainly handles domestic and cross-border M&A, including M&A/establishment of new subsidiaries by Japanese companies, labor advice, and dispute resolution.
