What is WellBear Acqui-Hire?

A service outsourcing the recruitment and training of dozens to hundreds of engineers to international IT firms, followed by local hiring in batches.

Our system involves a Vietnamese IT company deploying hired personnel with relevant technical expertise to establish a local team, overseeing the recruitment and training of new staff, and subsequently transferring the hired workforce (or the entire company) to the new entity. This service is designed to build a team ranging from several dozen to several hundred people. We offer comprehensive support for local engineer recruitment, including office space rental, local incorporation assistance, back-office support, and local management guidance.

1st Phase

Online Interview

We conduct pre-qualification assessments online to validate company profiles, team compositions, and track records. In accordance with your specified IT engineer skill criteria, we streamline the selection of partner companies and conduct preliminary online interviews with three firms. These interviews aim to finalize contract terms prior to the scheduled site visit.

Site Visits

During our site visits, we will conduct interviews to select approximately three partner IT companies in the region. Additionally, we will explore opportunities for collaboration with prominent local universities and major corporate entities in Vietnam, with an eye toward future expansion.

Agreeing and Signing the Contract Outline

Finalize and agree upon the contract details pertaining to training, recruitment, and team transfer (M&A).

In accordance with your specified IT engineer skill criteria, we will refine the list of potential partner companies and conduct initial online interviews with a selected subset of three firms. We will negotiate contract terms prior to the site visit.

Step4

Incorporation, Team Recruitment, and Training

We offer comprehensive support for the incorporation process and execute team transfers (M&A) in accordance with the contract terms.

Additionally, our partners are tasked with establishing a local subsidiary. Upon the recruitment, training, and placement of engineers within the subsidiary, the team is transferred to the subsidiary through the M&A process.

Team Transfer (M&A)

We execute team transfers (M&A) in accordance with contractual agreements and offer comprehensive PMI services.

Following the team transfer (M&A), we oversee the transition process, recruit back-office personnel, and implement employee and stakeholder incentives. Additionally, if required, we collaborate with local partners to provide PMI services, including recruiting and training support for engineers, as well as the introduction of consolidated accounting operations.
